一、个人简介

张峰，现任闽南师范大学生物科学与技术学院食品系食品质量与安全教研室教师。主要从事分子生物学方向的研究与本科教学工作。

主讲《食品分子生物学》、《食品化学》等本科专业课程。

主要研究方向为：米曲霉基因的功能研究，利用基因敲除手段探究其基因的生物学功能。
